In Ontario, homeowners benefit from a comprehensive warranty program which is in accordance with the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and is administered and enforced by TARION. What’s covered under the Tarion warranty? 

1 Year – Material and Labour Warranty 

  • Coverage for any defect in material and labour 

2 Year – Building Envelope Warranty

  • Coverage for any defect in materials and labours supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery systems 

7 Year – Structural Defects Warranty

  • A defect that causes structural damage that materially and adversely affects your new home

An emergency is a situation requiring immediate attention — a situation that cannot wait until the next day.

Emergency request(s) may be made by contacting the Property Manager or the Management Company as noted in your Homeowner Manual.

    Please submit this form within 5 (Five) calendar days of your date of possession or before you move in, whichever occurs earlier. Any missing, incomplete items and any damage discovered and believe was caused prior to possession should be documented as best they can (including photos and/or video). To ensure your concerns are addressed in a timely fashion please clearly indicate the locations and the description of the concerns. Mark the locations with green tape or red dot stickers if you are unable to meet with Amacon Customer Care Representative.

    This form cannot be used after the 5 days have expired.
