We are thrilled to share the latest construction update for Vue in West Coquitlam. Our dedicated construction team has been making remarkable strides, and we are excited to announce that we have officially reached the ground-floor milestone.
This achievement marks a significant step forward in our journey to bring Vue to life
Where We Are Now
Structural Work Advancing: The foundation and underground levels are now in place, providing a solid base for the structure.
Active Site: With cranes, scaffolding, and ongoing material movement, the site is a hub of activity as Vue begins to rise above ground.
What’s Next?
Now that we’ve reached the ground floor, you’ll see exciting vertical progress in the months ahead:
Upper Floor Construction: With the foundation in place, the next steps involve pouring concrete slabs and building the structure level by level.
Mechanical & Electrical Rough-Ins: Key systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC will be installed as the building takes shape.
Vue is set to offer a wide range of sophisticated 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, including a boutique collection of townhomes and live-work loft-style units. Residents will enjoy access to nearly 18,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor amenities, including a fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, social lounge, outdoor BBQ area, community garden and more.
