Block Residences has reached an exciting new phase of construction.

The tower crane was recently installed on site, marking a major milestone in the construction journey. With excavation now complete, the project is officially moving into vertical construction.

Now that the crane is in operation, crews are preparing to begin forming and pouring the concrete structure, starting with the parkade levels.

What’s Coming Up

Over the next few weeks, you’ll start to see continued momentum as Block begins to rise. With formwork and rebar going in, and concrete being poured level by level, the building will steadily take shape above ground. This phase is where all the early groundwork starts transforming into the future home you’ve been waiting for.
